Chocolate Ice Cream Cake

Prepare the required materials (the main ingredient above is the cake body, and the auxiliary material is ice cream

First make the cake body, beat the egg whites with sugar

Pour in the almond cake flour (leave a little for a while for sprinkling on the surface

Cut and mix until there is no dry powder

Pour into a 6-inch cake tin and sprinkle with the remaining almond cake flour

Put it in a 170 degree oven for about 15 minutes and let it cool

Now make the ice cream part: mix the egg yolk and sugar with a whisk until thick

Add coffee liquid

Add lemon juice and stir well

Add cheese and chocolate and mix well

Pour on top of the cold cake body and sprinkle with chocolate
