Tips:
1. When adding egg liquid, be sure to add it in batches, divided into 2~3 times, each time you have to wait until the previous egg liquid is completely fused, and then add the next time. If you add all of it at one time, it may cause the oil and water to separate.
2. When mixing flour, use rolling and press while mixing, so that the flour can be quickly mixed evenly
3. The chocolate beans must use the kind of roastable chocolate beans, the non-toastable chocolate beans will all melt after being roasted in the oven at high temperature
4. Please adjust the baking temperature and time as appropriate according to the temperament of the respective oven
5. After the baked biscuits are completely allowed to cool down, put them into the airtight box immediately
