Chocolate Lava Cake

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, melt the chocolate and butter into pieces in water, stir well, and set aside.

Eggs, fine sugar, and whisk until saccharified and slightly white.

When the chocolate liquid is close to the hand temperature, pour it into the egg liquid and stir evenly with a mixing spoon.

Add the sifted flour and mix well.

The chocolate liquid is put into the piping bag and squeezed into the mold.

Put the cake in the preheated oven and bake for about ten minutes.

Leave it to stand for about two minutes before releasing from the mold.

Gently poke the surface of the cake while it is hot, the molten chocolate will flow out slowly (• ̀∀• ́)
