Chocolate Lollipop Cake

Eggs and sugar, whipped evenly

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder and mix well

Add melted butter

Put the batter into the piping bag and squeeze it into the mold

Squeeze half of the batter first

Put the right amount of orange marmalade in each

Add the other half of the batter and fill the mold

Cover the other half of the mold

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, take out the mold and insert the paper stick while it is hot

Chocolate melts in water

Put the cake in the chocolate paste and coat it with a layer of chocolate, swirl it gently, and sprinkle with colorful beads for decoration while it is hot

Tips:
Cake decorating is free to play! It is best to use pure chocolate instead of cocoa butter substitutes! This recipe is quite large. I only have one mold and bake it three times!
