Chocolate Lollipop Cake
1.
The chiffon cake is cut into small pieces and broken into pieces with a food processor. It is best to break into pieces. If it is torn by hand, it will be uneven and not so thin.
2.
The Oreo biscuits are scraped off and put into a bag and rolled with a rolling pin. You can roll them out a bit thinner. The bag for the biscuits is preferably thicker. I use a thick ziplock bag here. Oreo's 50 grams is the weight after breaking.
3.
Put Chiffon and Oreo in a basin and mix well.
4.
Beat the butter with powdered sugar until it is puffy, creamy, and lighter in color.
5.
Then add the beaten butter to the bowl of Oreo and Chiffon crushed, and mix it with a spatula until it has a sticky feel that can be kneaded into a ball with your hands. When mixing, you can turn it over and press it.
6.
Then squeeze them into small balls with your hands, weigh each 20 grams, and knead them into balls, then gently knead them into balls.
7.
Insert a lollipop stick from above, just gently insert it. If it breaks open with force, the bottom will also be flat.
8.
The powdered chocolate melts in water. Roll the outside of the lollipop with a circle of chocolate. If it is not easy to roll, use a spoon to operate it. Hold it by hand and rotate it according to the flow of the chocolate. This way the thickness of the chocolate will be more uniform and slow down the chocolate. Slowly solidify until the chocolate doesn't drip down and you can insert it. Take a cup of rice in a darker cup, and insert the lollipop in it for later use.
9.
The surface is almost dry and you can decorate it. Paint the color you want on the surface of the chocolate syrup. When you pour the chocolate syrup, pour it slowly. It is easy to pour more. The syrup will solidify for a long time. If you eat it fresh, you can use chocolate. Syrup, if you don't eat it right away, it is recommended to use dark chocolate or a chocolate pen to paint.
10.
After painting, sprinkle with decorative sugar.
Tips:
If you use dark chocolate to decorate, just melt the chocolate and put it into a piping bag.
