Chocolate Milk Jelly

Add a little water to the gelatin powder and stir until melted.

Add 100 grams of milk and chocolate, add 10 grams of caster sugar and heat until melted, then turn off the heat.

Add half of gelatine after airing until warm.

Stir until the gelatin melts.

Put it in a pudding bottle, don't fill it up, put it in the refrigerator.

100 grams of the remaining milk, add 10 grams of fine sugar, add the remaining gelatine, heat it on a low heat, stir until it melts and turn off the heat.

Let the milk liquid cool down and pour it on top of the solidified chocolate liquid. The chocolate liquid must be completely solidified. Put it in the refrigerator again to freeze and solidify.

After the milk liquid is completely solidified, add chocolate liquid again, and refrigerate until solidified.

Tips:
Milk jelly of different colors must be completely refrigerated and solidified before being added, otherwise the two colors will be miscible and will not sell well.
