Chocolate Mousse Cake

First, bake a cake dough and divide it into three equal parts. I won’t repeat it here.

Put the basin of whipping cream and the two stirring rods on the whisk in the refrigerator for 10 minutes,

Use a hot pot to add water, add milk and QQ candy (fudge) in a bowl and heat until it melts completely

Take out the whipped cream. I use a 250g can of Nestlé at home. I weigh it every time I’m afraid of it. Put it in a basin and add sugar.

Pour the cold milk and fish flakes after heating into the whipped cream. While stirring, don’t be too thin or too sauce. Pour the whipped cream into the mold first, then put the cake dough on top and freeze for 4 hours. Then you can take it out
