Looking at the sky, it is getting colder and colder. Especially people like me who are afraid of the cold, like a hibernating animal, lazily moving and not wanting to move. I have put on cotton clothes at home at night. Make some chocolate oatmeal balls to increase your energy! A small oatmeal ball will immediately make you energetic and energetic!

Chocolate Oatmeal Balls

1. Prepare all materials.

2. The butter is softened at room temperature and beaten with sugar.

3. Add the egg mixture in two batches, add it once and beat it evenly, then add the next time.

4. Mix low-gluten flour and cocoa powder into step 2.

5. Use a spatula to mix evenly.

6. Add sugar and oats.

7. Knead it with your hands. Preheat the oven up and down to 210 degrees.

8. Roll into small balls and arrange them on a baking tray. The size is arbitrary, mine is about 12 grams each.

9. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 210 degrees.

10. Get out of the oven and let cool.

11. Insert the toothpicks.

12. The chocolate melts in water.

13. Oatmeal balls are rolled with chocolate.

14. Dip the colored needles and the chocolate oatmeal balls are ready.

15. I also made a few coconut pastes, dipped them with chocolate, and rolled them in a bowl of coconut paste.

Tips:

1. This recipe is small in quantity and can be doubled if you want to do more.
2. Be careful not to get water into the melted chocolate.
3. The color of the oatmeal balls does not change much when they are baked. Observe at any time and don't bake them.
4. The egg liquid can be added in an appropriate amount. It's good to be able to knead it with your hands.
