Chocolate Orange Peel Waffles
1.
Weigh the prepared ingredients, chop the dark chocolate and melt it in water, then pour 10ml of milk to make it smoother.
2.
Oranges are processed with a grater. As long as there is a layer of yellow skin on the outside, don't dig into the white flesh, it will be very bitter!
3.
Beat the eggs and add soft sugar, stir well, then add the melted butter, and then pour the milk. After each step, use a whisk to stir evenly! I don’t have much sugar. If you like sweetness, you can add some condensed milk or soft white sugar.
4.
Sift in the mixed low-gluten flour, cornstarch and baking powder.
5.
After stirring the batter, add the chocolate and stir again. It is cold and the temperature is low. Do not put the chocolate in hot water to prevent it from hardening.
6.
Sift the batter again so that the batter becomes smooth!
7.
If you think the batter is too sticky, you can add a little milk. The batter after sieving is not agglomerated, and the waffle will be delicious!
8.
Heat the mold with butter, and scoop the batter into the grid. Don't be too full, just just submerge the grid, otherwise the heat will spread to the outside of the mold!
9.
Bake one side over a medium and small fire, then turn over and bake the other side, and finally demoulding is OK!
Tips:
When the chocolate becomes hard, you can reheat it, remember to melt it in water. The softness and hardness of the waffle is related to the baking time. I like to open the mold to a low fire and bake it for a while. The outside of the waffle is crispy and the inside is soft! Pair it with your favorite jam or fruit to make it more flavorful!
