Ingredients

Chocolate Sauce Cookies

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, then put the baking paper in the baking tray.

2. Add all the biscuit ingredients to the blender and blend until fully incorporated. Knead the mixture with your hands until the dough is thick.

3. Divide the dough into several pieces to make biscuit shapes and place them in a baking tray. Use your fingers to press a hole in the middle of each piece.

4. Bake in the microwave for 11 minutes.

5. When baking, start making jam. Place strawberries and a small amount of water in a pan over medium heat. Dig out the fig pulp (if you don't like the skin) and add it to the pot as well.

6. When the fruit is completely melted to form a fruit puree, add chia seeds, berry powder and sweeteners. Turn off the heat until the jam thickens.

7. When the biscuits have finished baking, place them on a rack until they are completely cooled.

8. Add some jam on each biscuit, then drizzle with melted raw chocolate and some fruit powder.

9. Enjoy it.
