Chocolate Two-color Milky Flower Roll

Divide 500 grams of flour into 2 equal parts.

Combine 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of water, 60 grams, 1.5 grams of yeast, and 15 grams of milk powder into a dough.

Treat the other portion in the same way, but replace the 15 grams of milk flavour with 15 grams of cocoa powder. Then put it in a sealed bag and ferment for about 1 hour.

It is about 2 times the size, take it out, then expel the air, and then knead it until the ribs appear.

Roll the 2 noodles into the same size as much as possible.

Brush the white surface with chicken fat and sprinkle with a little salt.

Put the brown noodles on the white noodles and roll them up.

The second fermentation takes place in a steamer, about 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. Do not put salt in the dough, it will inhibit yeast fermentation.
2. The ratio of sugar, cocoa powder and milk powder can be adjusted according to personal preference.
