Chopped Pepper and Chrysanthemum Fungus

Remove the leaves of Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and cut into inch pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped peppers and stir fry until fragrant.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped peppers and stir fry until fragrant.

Stir fry until the color of the dish turns emerald green.
5.
Add fungus.
6.
Stir-fry and season with salt and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. It is best to stir-fry Artemisia Abutilon quickly over high fire to keep its crisp and tender taste.
2. Because my homemade chopped pepper is lighter, I added some salt to taste.
