Chopped Pepper and Green Eggplant

Cut the eggplant into strips of the same size, and chop the green peppers and red peppers into small pieces. Mince garlic. Put the eggplant in a microwave bowl on medium-high heat for 8 minutes.

During the time to bite the eggplants, heat the pan, add a proper amount of salad oil, add garlic and chopped peppers to the oil, and explode the aroma.

Add green peppers and crushed red peppers and fry until they are broken.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and mix well.

The eggplants are cooked and put in a large bowl.

Place the fried ingredients in a bowl.

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, and sesame oil, mix well and serve.

After letting cool, put on a plate.
Tips:
1. If the eggplant is steamed, it will have more moisture.
2. If you don't like the spicy taste, you can just chop the pepper. It is also good to use chives and garlic to sauté the flavor.
3. Add seasonings according to personal taste.
