Chopped Pepper Cabbage

Hand tear the cabbage into small pieces, chop the pig's head, chop the pepper (I marinate it myself, there is minced ginger and garlic in it, if I use the supermarket bought my own minced ginger and garlic, put it inside), put some cooking wine and cornstarch on the minced meat.

Pour oil in the pan, stir-fry the minced meat in the pan, add some soy sauce

Pour the cabbage and stir fry, add salt, light soy sauce, chop the pepper and stir fry in the pan, and finally sprinkle some chopped green onion.
