Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the old roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

Divide on a plate, put chopped pepper sauce and two-thirds of garlic;

The water is boiled and covered;

Steam for about ten minutes, and take out.
5.
Sprinkle the remaining garlic granules in and pour in the smoking oil.
