Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushroom

Ingredients: 100 grams of Flammulina velutipes; Ingredients: 1 tablespoon each of red and green chopped peppers, you can add according to your taste, 1 green onion, 1 leek. Seasoning: appropriate amount of edible oil.

Rinse the enoki mushrooms and remove the roots.

Arrange the enoki mushrooms into the plate.

Chop pepper and chop finely.

Add chopped red chopped pepper to enoki mushrooms.

Add chopped green pepper to the center. (I originally wanted to use all red chopped peppers, I only add green when it's not enough)

Put the enoki mushrooms in a steamer that has already been boiled and steam for 5 minutes.

Chop the green onions and cut the leeks into sections.

Steamed enoki mushrooms.

Take out the steaming dish and sprinkle with chopped green onions and leeks.

Preheat the pot and add cooking oil to heat.
