Chopped Pepper Fish Head
1.
Wash the fish head, cut a few slices of ginger and spread on it, chop the garlic into minced garlic and set aside
2.
Add oil in a hot pan, saute the minced garlic, add sugar and a pinch of salt and stir fry. Spread chopped pepper on top of the fish head and drizzle with fried garlic
3.
Sprinkle a little chopped green onion, cover the prepared fish head with plastic wrap, and pierce a few small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick
4.
Steam on high heat for 10 to 15 minutes and turn off the heat.
Tips:
1. The garlic must be sauteed and steamed together, so that it will taste better
2. Because the chopped pepper and the garlic juice poured in have a taste, the fish head does not need to be added with salt. Adding salt will make it too salty
3. Steaming with plastic wrap will prevent the moisture of the steam from dripping into the dish, avoiding too much moisture in the dish, and the real fish and chopped pepper flavor will be steamed
