Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Clean the fish head

Cut the fish meat a few times, and cut a knife near the thicker part of the fisheye to make it easier to taste

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into mince, take a part of ginger and cut into slices, and cut a part of green onions into small pieces

Put the sliced ginger and green onions in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, squeeze the onion and ginger out of the juice, then pour it on the fish head and marinate for ten minutes

Cut red pepper into small particles

Put the right amount of oil in the pot and fry the tempeh

Add chopped pepper and fresh pepper particles and stir fry

Add green onion, ginger, minced garlic, oyster sauce, and stir fry

Put something under the fish head to facilitate ventilation when steaming

Pour the prepared chopped pepper mixture on the fish head

Put it in the opened pot and steam for about 12 minutes

Tips:
1. There is no fishy smell when marinated in cooking wine with onion and ginger juice for more than ten minutes;
2. Be sure to chop up the thick part so that it is easy to taste and cook.
