Chopped Pepper Fish Head
1.
Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.
2.
Slice ginger and garlic, and cut onion into sections. Put it in the bottom of the pan.
3.
Saute the minced ginger, minced garlic and millet pepper. Add appropriate amount of peanut oil and steamed oyster sauce.
4.
Reserve part of the minced garlic for later use.
5.
Put the fish head into the bottom of the dish, and pour the sauteed sauce on top of the fish head. Put the fish head in the pot and steam for 13 minutes. Because the fish head is relatively large, it will take a few more minutes to steam. After the fish head is steamed, sprinkle some chopped green onion on top. The steamed fish head was eaten up all at once and forgot to take pictures.
