Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Clean the fish head

Spread salt, pepper and a little cooking wine on both sides and marinate for about 30 minutes

Heat the pan and put the oil, mince the ginger and garlic, add in, fry on low heat until golden brown, control the oil and set aside

Put water in the steamer and bring to a boil. Put the green onion and sliced ginger on the plate. Put the fish head on the pot and cover and steam over high heat.

When steaming for 5 minutes, open the lid to discard the fishy water from the steamed fish on the plate, cover with chopped peppers and fried minced ginger and garlic, cover the pan and steam for another 15 minutes
6.
The steamed fish head, sprinkle with chopped green onion, burn some hot oil, pour it on top, and it’s fine
Tips:
Fish head salt must be tender
