Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Remove the gills of the fish head, wash off the black clothes, and half open.

Pour the cooking wine, salt, and tempeh and marinate for a while.
3.
Pour the chopped pepper and sprinkle the fish head.
4.
Bring to a boil and steam for 15 minutes.
5.
Saute the garlic and pour over the steamed fish head.
