Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Wash the fish head, coat with fine salt, add scallion ginger, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce and light soy sauce. Marinate for half an hour.

Chop chili, chopped pepper, shallot and garlic, tempeh and coriander.

Saute the shallots and garlic, add tempeh, chili and chopped chili. Add chicken powder, steamed fish soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry for a fragrance.

Steam for eight minutes.

Spread green onion, ginger and coriander, drizzle with hot oil and serve.
Tips:
Chopped pepper fish head to prepare chopped pepper sauce is the key. The fish head does not need to be steamed for too long, about 8-10 minutes is sufficient depending on the size of the fish head.
