Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Prepare the raw materials in advance, and cut the fish head in half from the middle

Tips:
1 Choose fish heads of more than 2 catties as much as possible, so that the fish is fragrant enough, and the fish heads in the reservoir have less earthy smell
2. Some people cook the chopped pepper fish head in advance, personally suggest that this will block the taste of the chopped pepper, just mix well
3. When the fish head is thicker and steamed, hold it up underneath, so that the hot air can enter from the bottom, and the heat is more even
