Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Clean up the fish head

One break in two halves

Marinate with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, vinegar, green onion and ginger for 20 minutes to taste

After rinsing, add appropriate amount of chopped pepper

Boil water in a pot, put it in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes

When steaming the fish head, prepare the green onion and ginger.

Take out the steamed fish head and decan the soup
8.
Pour in the sauce to taste

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant
10.
Pour it on the fish head and serve immediately
Tips:
1. The steaming time is flexibly controlled according to the size of the fish head.
2. You can make your favorite soup and pour it on without any juice.
