Chopped Pepper Fish Head

Fresh silver carp heads, clean and cut from the middle (don’t break them).

Sprinkle with ginger, cooking wine and white pepper.

Wipe it with your hand.

Chop the prepared pickled peppers. (If you can't eat spicy food, you can replace it with green pepper).

Chopped shallots.

Spread pickled peppers and chopped peppers on both sides of the fish head.

After the water in the pot is boiled, put it in the pot and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion, top with light soy sauce and hot oil.
Tips:
1. The head of the silver carp is the head of the big head. In order to keep the fish head fresh, there is no need to add salt during the marinating process.
2. My chopped peppers are not very spicy, and you can buy them in supermarkets.
