Chopped Pepper Fish Head Tofu

Clean the fish head and slice the tofu into thin slices

The cut tofu yards are placed in a bowl
3.
Shred ginger, cut coriander stalks into small pieces, and set aside the leaves

Put the fish head on top of the tofu
5.
Sprinkle with shredded ginger and coriander
6.
Pour the chopped pepper evenly on the fish head
7.
Sprinkle a spoonful of chopped green pepper on the tofu
8.
Put it in a pot and steam for 15 minutes

Sprinkle coriander leaves on the steamed fish head, drizzle with chili oil, and drop a few drops of sesame oil.
Tips:
1. Tofu should not be eaten with spinach and chives, it will produce calcium oxalate, which is not easily absorbed by the human body, and form stones.
2. Those with gout and high blood uric acid should not eat tofu.
3. Grass carp gallbladder has obvious antihypertensive, expectorant and antitussive effects, but the bile is poisonous and must be eaten with caution.
