Chopped Pepper Fish Head with Leaves

Wash the head of the grass carp and cut it open with a knife from the back (generally fish sellers can help to cut it). In order to have a better taste, make a few cuts in the meat.

Separate the fish heads with cooking wine, salt, and pepper. Rub evenly on both sides and marinate for a while. Place green onion, ginger and garlic on another plate

Put the marinated fish head on the plate below picture (4)

Then add chopped pepper evenly on the fish head in picture (5)

After the water in the pot is boiled, put it on the plate, cover the pot, and steam for 10 minutes on high heat. Turn off the heat. Another 5 minutes of boredom.

After removing, add crushed garlic and chopped green onion. Heat oil in a wok and pour it on a plate.

Tips:
The fish head can be fat fish head or grass carp head. If you like tofu, you can evenly spread a circle of tofu under the fish head. The taste is very good.
