Chopped Pepper Plum Clams

1. Ingredients: plum clams.

2. Chopped peppers.

3. Chives, ginger shreds.

4. Wash the plum clams that have been spitting out the mud and remove them and set aside.

5. Pour the oil in the cooking pot and heat it up, then put the ginger wire into the pot.

6. Next, add the plum clams and stir fry with some cooking wine.

7. Then, set aside some chopped peppers and stir fry until it opens.

8. Finally, add some salt.

9. Season and stir well, put the chives in.
