Salted Plum Clams

Ingredients: plum clams (washed after spitting out the mud), ginger slices, chives

Put the plum clams into the pot.

Then, put the ginger slices and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water, stir and boil until the plum clams open.

Finally, put the chives and serve.
