Chopped Pepper Preserved Egg

Ingredients: preserved eggs, fresh soy sauce, chopped pepper, balsamic vinegar, garlic, chives.

The preserved eggs are peeled and each cut into six pieces and placed in a plate.

Mince garlic, chives, and ginger separately

Take a small bowl and put the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic, add a teaspoon of umami soy sauce and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar.

Put a little oil in the wok, add two spoonfuls of chopped peppers, and stir until fragrant.

Put the sauteed chopped peppers into the seasoning bowl.

Pour the prepared sauce into the preserved egg with a unique flavor, and it's ready.
Tips:
Stir-fry the pepper with oil for a thicker taste.
