Chopped Pepper Tofu

Add oil to the hot pot, cut the tofu in half into 4 small pieces, fry until golden brown, then add salt, pour in the cooking wine

Chop the red pepper, wait until the tofu is golden brown, add the red pepper, and stir fry lightly.

Wait for the pepper to change color, pour the light soy sauce to taste before serving.

When out of the pot, quickly cut the garlic sprouts into shreds and sprinkle on top of the chopped pepper tofu. The fragrant chopped pepper tofu is ready.
