This is the pork and wonton skins bought from my hometown. I make the wontons by myself and keep them in the refrigerator for a week.

Choy Sum Wanton Noodles

1. Wash the choy sum and set aside

2. Wontons are prepared in advance and kept in the refrigerator. You don’t need to thaw them. Take them out when you cook

3. The noodles were also made by Joyoung automatic noodle machine the night before. They are kept in the refrigerator and do not need to be defrosted. Take them out when they are cooked.

4. Put some oil in the bowl

5. Add salt and light soy sauce

6. Add more water to the soup pot

7. After the water is boiled, pour it into a bowl and make a soup base

8. Add Choi Xin Zhuo until broken

9. Pick up the choy sum

10. Join Wonton

11. Add the noodles and cook together with wonton, about 10 minutes

13. Just serve the noodles

Tips:

Be careful, don’t thaw wontons and noodles after refrigerating, they will stick together after thawing, making it hard to cook
