Christmas Cane

The butter is softened indoors. Add medium to high-grade powdered sugar and beat until the butter becomes lighter in color and twice as large in volume.

Sift in low-gluten flour, add egg whites in 3 times and stir evenly, and mix until uniform and no particles.

Pour one portion of flour into strawberry powder and knead each into a smooth dough. Wrap with plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough of the two colors into small doughs of 4-5g and knead them into long strips.
