Christmas Chocolate Strawberry
1.
Use a paring knife to cut the chocolate into crumbs. The smaller the cut, the faster it melts.
2.
In the same way, cut some white chocolate, put them in a bowl, and melt them under water. The water temperature is about 50 degrees. If the temperature is uncertain, you can add boiling water to adjust the temperature, and you can see that the edge of the bowl starts to melt first.
3.
The melted chocolate is like this. Never drop water into the chocolate bowl!
4.
While melting the chocolate, wash the strawberries and carefully dry the surface moisture. Tie into the bottom with a bamboo stick. Stick the chocolate sauce and fork on the diced white radish to dry.
5.
You can sprinkle chopped almonds on the chocolate when the chocolate is not dry. Give full play to your imagination to make chocolate crisps with different patterns. Isn't such a cluster super loving and super awesome!
