Christmas Dog Biscuit in Sweater
1.
First prepare a piece of A4 paper and draw the pattern of your favorite dog (or find resources online to print)
2.
Put the butter in a basin and mix well after it has softened
3.
Add powdered sugar and mix well with a spatula
4.
Stir evenly with a manual whisk
5.
Add the eggs in two portions
6.
Stir in one direction evenly
7.
Sift in low-gluten flour and cocoa powder
8.
Stir it with a spatula or grab it evenly
9.
Become a uniform dough
10.
Put the dough on the chopping board and roll it into thin slices
11.
Then cut out the pattern of the dog and stick it on the dough
12.
Carve it out with a knife, put it on a baking tray, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle level, about 15 minutes; take it out and let it cool for later use
13.
Start making fondant part: Take two small pieces of fondant paste, add green and red pigments respectively, knead into green and red fondant paste, roll the kneaded fondant paste into thin slices
14.
Cut out the parts of the clothes you need with the dog pattern you have used before, and stick them on the fondant cream sheet
15.
Carve out with a knife, brush with water on the back, and stick it on the cooled biscuits
16.
Then make the meringue frosting part: beat one egg white to make a thick bubble, then add 150 grams of powdered sugar in three times and stir until thick
17.
Take out a part and add green pigment to make two kinds of white and green icing, and put them into piping bag respectively
18.
Cut a small mouth and use white icing to draw a pattern of snowflakes on the surface of the clothes
19.
Use green icing to draw a Christmas tree pattern on the surface of the clothes
20.
Just let it dry, isn’t it beautiful and greasy?
Tips:
1. Christmas trees and snowflakes can also be made with fondant, but I don't have such a small mold. It is really troublesome to carve with a knife, so the icing is easier to make small decorations.
2. If you make original biscuits, omit the cocoa powder and use the same amount of flour instead.
