The two-year-old nephew likes cartoon biscuits, and originally planned to use a three-dimensional mold to make some for him. But seeing everyone making Christmas cookies, I also came to join in the fun. It's really not my specialty to describe and paint, and I can't do this kind of artistic work. Just do something casually to coax my kids to play. Although it doesn't look good, the taste of this cookie is very good. I especially like the taste. The baby from my sister’s family took away everything that was done, and I had to make some more of this biscuit and eat it myself later. "

Christmas Gingerbread

1. Prepare all flours in the required amount

2. Mix all the powders together and sift together

3. After sieving twice, set aside. It must be sieved more than twice, so that it can be mixed evenly

4. Soften the butter and add sugar

5. Whisk a little bit, don’t need to beat it completely

6. Add eggs and stir well

7. Add honey and stir well

8. Sift in low-gluten flour

9. Knead gently into a dough, wrap it in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate it for 1 hour

10. Roll into a 3 mm thick sheet

11. Molding

12. Put in the baking tray

13. Oven at 170 degrees, bake for 12 minutes

14. Let the baked biscuits cool

15. White chocolate coins, you can add a little milk or not

16. The warm water melts every 60 degrees. Never use boiling water, otherwise it will cause separation of oil and water. Dark chocolate coins are melted in the same way

17. The melted chocolate is put in a piping bag

18. Decorate the cookies with chocolate. I don’t know how to paint with icing, so I simply decorate it with chocolate and coax the kids to play, haha.
