Christmas Icing Cookies

The butter is softened and you can press it lightly with your fingers. It is difficult to soften in winter, I use the oven fermentation mode to heat for 5 minutes

Add the powdered sugar in three times to beat, each time it is fully blended and then add the next time

Add the egg liquid in several times, and the egg liquid needs to be at room temperature. I joined in five times

Beat until the butter becomes large and fluffy

Add the sieved low powder and mix evenly

Take a part of the biscuit dough and place it on the plastic wrap, cover it with a piece of plastic wrap, roll it out with a rolling pin, I made it three to four millimeters thick

Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 22 minutes. If it is an open oven, it is recommended to bake at 170 to 180 degrees.

To make frosting, mix meringue powder and powdered sugar evenly

Add warm water to adjust evenly, use an electric whisk to fluffy and harden the icing

Add lemon juice to a satisfactory state, the lemon juice needs to be added a little bit

The final suitable state is a streamer shape, and the dripping lines disappear in about 7 seconds.

1 The temperature and time of baking the biscuits need to be adjusted according to your own oven\n2 The icing can be adjusted with warm water. I am accustomed to using lemon juice. The finished product is sour and sweet.
