Why do this issue, because Christmas is coming soon, because the whipped cream can't be used up...πŸ˜‚
(In fact, it only used a few g πŸ˜‚)

The crepe is changed to a tall ho~~ The more you look at it, the more cute it is, the more you look at it, the more you like it, and then cut it into pieces. After all three are eaten, I leave roommates a bit of air hahaha...

Yes, this is another dessert that you can’t stop talking about~ Get up and try it out for Christmas~

[Walk a talk]
For the cake slices in the filling, I used matcha-flavored small four rolls. You can also buy them directly. The recipe is attached. The previous issue of "Creative Cake Rolls" has detailed tutorials. You can review it first~:

[Matcha Small Four Volumes] Recipe:
4 eggs (each with a net weight of about 50g) | Corn oil 40g | Milk 40g
Low powder 35g | Matcha powder 5g | Fine sugar 40g

Christmas Preheat 02 | Creative Crepes Christmas Cakes

1. Do it after watching the video, the success rate is higher~

2. Step 1: Make crepes

3. Egg + sugar + corn oil + milk, stir well.

4. Flour + red yeast rice powder, sieve and stir well.

5. Filter, cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Tip:
After refrigerating, the slurry will be more stable and delicate.

6. After refrigerating, take it out, stir a few times and mix well.

7. Heat in a non-stick pan on low heat, pour 1/3 of the powder into the low heat throughout the process. After the surface liquid has solidified 90%, turn off the heat, use a spatula to assist, turn it over, and use the remaining temperature to heat the other side for about 1-2 minutes.

8. Pour out, cover with baking grease paper and let cool (to prevent air drying).

9. Step 2: Prepare the filling (Matcha Chiffon Cake Piece + Cheese Cream Filling)

10. Take out the prepared small four rolls (the recipe has been attached to the [Walk a Talk] at the beginning of the copy, the complete tutorial has been given before, you can go back to the "Creative Cake Roll" issue~), use a 5cm diameter mooncake mold (you You can also use other props of this size~) Press out 3 round cake bases and set aside.

11. Whipped cream + sugar + vanilla extract (optional), hit to 9 for distribution.

12. Mix the cream cheese that has been softened in advance with the whipped cream and put it in a flower bag for later use.

13. Step 3: Combination (see video for details)

14. Place the moon cake mold in the middle of the crepe crust and mark 8 portions around the mold.

15. Put the crust into the mold (the nice side is facing down) and arrange it in the same direction.

16. Squeeze the cheese cream filling, 8 minutes full, put in the matcha cake slices, arrange them according to the video method, and a crepe cake is ready~

17. (The recipe can make 3 crepe cakes)

18. Press the top with a heavy object, put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then you can take out the cut pieces~ (It tastes better if it is thawed slightly before eating~)

19. I also decorated the top with cheese cream filling and vanilla. The more I look, the more I like it~

20. The green cake slices, the white filling, and the red crust make it a Christmas atmosphere~~

21. Hurry up and make it for Christmas~
