Make the bread for the Christmas series, and don’t have time to post the recipe until the end of Christmas. This bread is filled with coconut, and the coconut flavor is full when it is almost cooked. It is too fragrant.

Christmas Tree Bread

1. Put all liquids at the bottom of the bread machine

2. Put flour on the liquid, dig a hole in the middle to put yeast, put salt and sugar in the four corners, start the bread machine kneading program and knead for 15 minutes

3. Add softened butter and knead for 15 minutes

4. Knead for a total of 35-minutes and stop kneading the dough

5. Use the bread machine to make the noodles ferment to 2 times the size

6. Divide the fermented dough into a 60 g large dough to make the trunk, divide the rest into 10 portions, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes

7. Melt butter in water, add egg liquid and mix well

8. Add milk powder, icing sugar, and coconut paste, mix well

9. Divide the minced coconut into 10 portions and knead each 13g into round balls, and knead the remaining 1 large minced coconut into a ball

10. Roll the dough round and wrap the coconut paste

11. After wrapping, round and put it into a non-stick baking pan. Spread grease paper on the common baking pan. Place the enlarged dough at the bottom of the triangle into a cylindrical shape.

12. Put it in the oven and use the fermentation function to ferment for 30 minutes to 2 times the size, and put a plate of hot water under the baking tray

13. The second fermentation looks good

14. Put oil paper on the middle of the bread and sprinkle with powdered sugar

15. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

16. Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 18-20 minutes

17. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar to decorate

Tips:

1. It is too much trouble for coconut paste filling without whipping butter, you can also change to other filling or without filling
2. The dough does not have to be a beautiful glove film, just knead it to a thinner film
3. Adjust the temperature according to your own oven
