Christmas Tree Bread
1.
Flour, sugar, salt, milk, yeast, eggs, corn oil are mixed and kneaded to the complete stage, the film is not easy to break, and the break is smooth
2.
Put it in a clean basin and wrap it with plastic wrap to ferment
3.
If you poke a hole and do not retract or retract slowly, if it looks like a deflated ball, it’s too much.
4.
Exhaust the dough and divide it into 90g, 75g, 60g, 50g, 40g, 30g, 20g dough, leaving a little dough to make the five-pointed star on the top of the Christmas tree, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes
5.
Take a dough, roll it into a circle, and press out the traces of six equal parts
6.
Cut in the middle, don't cut
7.
Cut along the trace, don’t cut
8.
Make a circle, pinch the joints tightly, and shape the dough with seven stars. Use a mold to shape the remaining small dough, then knead a small ball, put it in the oven and ferment it to twice the size with the fermentation function. Put a pot of hot water
9.
After fermenting, preheat the oven to 170 degrees, brush the surface of the dough with a layer of egg liquid, press the dried cranberries for decoration, and then put it in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.
10.
Let the bread cool slightly, build it up from big to small, put a small ball on top, fix the five-pointed star with a toothpick, and sift powdered sugar on it.
11.
It took so long and was eaten by the little guys in 5 minutes!
Tips:
Now the weather is cold and the fermentation is slow, but generally I don’t recommend using the oven to ferment the bread. I like the slowly fermented bread, which is softer;
The bread is small and easy to cook, be careful not to burn
