Chrysanthemum and Egg Soup

Wash chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, cut into small pieces, and set aside.

Tips:
Unlike the traditional cooking steps, my method is to fry chrysanthemum chrysanthemum and egg before adding water. The soup prepared in this way becomes milky white, and the nutrients are released more fully.
