Chrysanthemum Omelette

Set aside two eggs, and wash the Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum.

Beat the eggs.

Add a spoonful of salt, a pinch of star anise powder and a handful of flour to the beaten eggs.

Add a little water and stir evenly until there are no particles.

Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum chop finely.

Add chrysanthemum chrysanthemum to the egg mixture and stir.

Stir well and set aside.

Add proper amount of lard to the pot to melt.

Pour the egg mixture on a small fire (the induction cooker is always at 100°) and fry slowly.

Fry until the sides are up, use a spatula to carefully shovel and turn it over and fry.

Cover the cutting board with plastic wrap, and cut the fried omelet into eight equal portions.
