Chrysanthemum Pisces Hot Pot

Prepare wild crucian carp, grass carp flakes, fetal chrysanthemum king, and white radish.

Soak the chrysanthemum in cold water; add starch and salt to the grass carp and mix well; wash the radish and ginger and cut into thin slices for later use.

Tips:
1. Radish is cold and beneficial to the intestines, and those with spleen deficiency and diarrhea should be cautious or eat less.
2. Patients with gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, chronic gastritis, simple goiter, threatened abortion, uterine prolapse, etc. should not be taken.
3. Avoid eating ginseng and American ginseng with white radish.
4. Carrots are the main source of diarrhea, and carrots are tonic, so it is best not to eat both. If you want to eat together, you should add some vinegar to reconcile it to facilitate nutrient absorption.
