Chrysanthemum Rock Candy Sydney Cup
1.
Peel the Sydney pears and cut them from the top third, use the stalk as the lid, and use most of the pears as a stew pot
2.
Hollow out the inside of the pear, put in the washed baby chrysanthemum, wolfberry and rock sugar
3.
Add a little water
4.
Then cover it with toothpicks, add water to the electric pressure cooker, put a steaming rack, and put the Sydney pear stew into the pot
5.
Select the stewed ribs program for about 12 minutes
6.
Finally eat the soup with pears
Tips:
If you don’t have a pressure cooker, just use an ordinary steamer to steam for 15 minutes. I only use the electric pressure cooker to save trouble.
