My younger brothers and sisters gave me many health-care Chinese herbal medicines such as chrysanthemum, gynostemma pentaphyllum, cassia seed, and ginkgo biloba. They usually soak in water instead of tea. This time, I used chrysanthemum and Sydney to match, and added a little rock sugar to boil it into a drink. The taste is very good. It also has many functions such as clearing heat and removing fire, nourishing yin and dryness, moisturizing the lungs, improving eyesight, detoxifying and beautifying.

Chrysanthemum Sydney Rock Sugar Drink

1. Sydney was washed clean. Prepare chrysanthemum, rock candy, and wolfberry

2. Sydney pears cut into pieces

3. Put Sydney into the rice cooker

4. Add appropriate amount of water, put the inner pot into the rice cooker, close the lid, and turn on the electric cooker

5. After boiling, put the chrysanthemum in the rice cooker, close the lid and continue cooking

6. Boil until the chrysanthemum blooms, add rock sugar

7. Turn off the power after the rock sugar is melted, add the wolfberry, and serve

Tips:

1. After the chrysanthemum blooms, you can boil it for a few more minutes.
2. The addition of rock sugar and the amount are based on personal needs.
3. Pay attention to the bright color of the wolfberry in the picture. The wolfberry can be washed and put directly into the bowl without putting it in the rice cooker.
