Ever since I have a saucepan, I always like to stew soup

Chuan Gong Tianma Stewed Fish Head

1. Wash the fish head and drain the water

2. Frying pan

3. Add the fish head and fry

4. Fry until golden brown on both sides

5. Remove the pits of the red dates, wash the wolfberry, Tianma, Angelica dahurica, and Chuan Gong for use

6. Put Tianma, Chuan Gong, and Angelica dahurica in the saucepan

7. Add red dates and ginger slices

8. Add fish head and some cold water

9. Put in a saucepan

10. Cover with lid and set to simmer for 2.5 hours

11. In the last 5 minutes, add the wolfberry

12. Stew well, add salt to taste

13. Delicious soup

14. Fish head can also be served with rice

Tips:

Red dates need to be pitted, if not pitted, it will be hotter
