Chuanbei Loquat

Peel the loquat, wash it, break it with a juicer, don’t add water

Simmer slowly

After rolling, add rock sugar chuanbei powder (I used granulated chuanbei, patted and crushed by myself) while boiling, stirring gently to prevent it from scorching, and it will become clay-like if there is no moisture.
