Loquat and Sydney Soup

Fresh loquat, sweet

Loquat cleaned

Lily soaked in cold water

Cut the loquat to the stalk from the middle, dig out the core, and then tear off the outer skin. Peel and pit the Sydney pear and cut into pieces

Add water to a small pot and boil the pear cubes. Turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add rock sugar and cook for 10 minutes

Add the loquat to a boil. Add the soaked lily and cook for 5 minutes to turn off the heat
