Chuanbei Loquat Cream

Peel and seed the loquat, take out the pulp, rinse and drain the water; put the pulp into the food processor, beat the fruit pulp (do not add water)

Pour the fruit puree into an enamel pot, heat it on a medium heat, add rock sugar, change the heat to a low heat and simmer slowly, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon

Use a spoon to scoop out a little foam. When the water is about to boil dry, add Chuanbei powder and continue to boil for a while until it becomes a paste. After cooling, put it into a sealed glass bottle that has been blanched with boiling water, put it in the refrigerator, and take a spoonful when you need to eat it.
