Chuanbei Stewed Loquat

Prepare rock sugar, chuanbei (chuanbei ground into powder) and loquat.
2.
Wash the loquat, core and peel.
3.
Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot and add a small amount of boiling water.
4.
Cover the lid of the stewing pot, put it in the steamer and steam, turn to low heat and simmer for 40-60 minutes after the water boils.
Tips:
This syrup is not suitable for wind-cold coughs (white tongue coating, most coughs at night are cold coughs)
